Notice and list of documents, etc

The notice shall be in Form 3 and Form 4 of the Schedule, as the case may be, and, shall require the applicant and the attorney respectively to furnish to the Secretary, and to each other, a list of all documents on which they respectively propose to rely, and such lists shall, unless otherwise ordered by the Council, be furnished by the applicant and by the attorney respectively, at least fourteen days before the day of hearing.
