Further information, consideration of allegation, etc

Before fixing a date for the hearing, the Council may require the applicant to supply such further information and documents relating to the allegations as it thinks fit and in any case where in the opinion of the Council, no prima facie case is shown, the Council may, without requiring the attorney to answer the allegations, dismiss the application and notify the applicant and the attorney of the dismissal.
