Partnership or fee sharing arrangements

(1) An attorney shall not enter into partnership or fee sharing arrangements concerning the practice of law with non- qualified bodies or persons. (2) An attorney shall not enter into an agreement, or charge or collect a fee, in contravention of these Rules, the Act or any other law.
