Misleading Court, withholding, etc

Legal Profession (Code Of Conduct) Rules, r. 53 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) An attorney shall not knowingly mislead the Court. (2) An attorney shall not withhold facts or secret witnesses in order to establish the guilt or innocence of the accused.
