Prompt response

(1) An attorney shall reply promptly to letters from other attorneys whether on behalf of their clients or on behalf of themselves. (2) An attorney shall endeavour as far as is reasonable to suit the convenience of the opposing attorney when the interest of his client or the cause of justice will not be injured by so doing.
