Avoidance of conflict between attorneys

(1) The conduct of an attorney towards his fellow attorneys shall be characterized by courtesy, fairness and good faith and he shall not permit ill-feeling between clients to affect his relationship with his colleagues. (2) All personal conflicts between attorneys should be scrupulously avoided as should also colloquies between them which cause delay and promote unseemly wrangling.
