Exposure of unprofessional or dishonest conduct

Legal Profession (Code Of Conduct) Rules, r. 42 · Revised Edition 2020

An attorney shall expose without fear or favour before a proper tribunal, unprofessional or dishonest conduct by any other attorney and shall not normally refuse a retainer against another attorney who is alleged to have wronged his client or committed any other act of professional misconduct.
