Prescribed fee for Practicing Certificate

(1) Subject to subregulation (2) below, the fee to be paid for the issue of a Practising Certificate pursuant to section 11 of the Legal Profession Act shall be and is hereby prescribed to be five hundred dollars. (2) The fee referred to in subregulation (1) above shall not be payable by an attorney-at-law during his first year of private legal practise.
