Law Library

(1) There shall be established and maintained out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a law library to be known as the Supreme Court Law Library. (2) The library shall be kept under the charge of the Registrar. (3) The Registrar shall have power– (a) to make rules for the administration of the library and to prescribe penalties for the breach of the rules; and (b) to prescribe fees to be paid by persons using the library.
