Proof of compliance with Act

It shall not be necessary in the first instance for an attorney in proving compliance with the provisions of this Part to prove contents of the bill served; and it shall be sufficient to prove that the bill signed in the manner provided by section 34, or enclosed in or accompanied by the letter as in that section provided was duly served.
