Juvenile members

A juvenile member shall have the right to read any book classified under “Children’s Books” and may borrow such a book on the same terms as ordinary members. A juvenile Belize National Library Service and 12 [CAP. 319 Information System member may not read or borrow a book other than a “children’s book” except on the written request of his parent or guardian.
