Termination of membership

The Board shall have power to terminate the membership of any person who– (a) is guilty of willful or repeated damage to the books or other property of the sub-library; (b) misconducts himself in the sub-library premises in such a way as to cause annoyance to the staff or any user of the library; or (c) fails to comply with the rules of the sub- library, or the directions of the Committee of Management.
