Meetings

(1) The Board shall meet at least once every quarter at such time and place as maybe expedient or necessary for the transaction of business. (2) Decisions of the Board may be taken by a majority of votes, and if an emergency decision is needed, provisions can be made for papers to be circulated to members. (3) The Chairperson may at anytime summon a meeting of the Board, and shall summon a meeting of the Board at the request of any three members of the Board, who shall state in writing the purpose for which they require the meeting to be convened. (4) Where the voting on any matter is equal, the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson or any member acting as Chairperson shall have a casting vote. 10
