Appointment of Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson

(1) At its first meeting, the Board shall elect from among its members a Chairperson and a Deputy Chairperson. (2) In the absence of both the Chairperson and the Deputy Chairperson, the Board shall elect from among its members present an Acting Chairperson for the purpose of that meeting, Provided that a representative of the Service on the Board shall not be elected as Acting Chairperson.
