Vesting of property

(1) The following properties are hereby vested in the Board for the purposes of this Act, (a) the plot of land and buildings described in the First Schedule; (b) the plot of land and buildings described in the Second Schedule; (c) the plot of land and buildings described in the Third Schedule. (2) The Service shall, on application to the Minister responsible for lands, be granted a plot of land in any community for the purpose of building a library.
