Exemption from taxation and stamp duty

19.-(1) Any document, instrument or certificate executed by or on behalf of the Service shall be exempted from stamp duty. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in any Act, all materials, apparatus or equipment of any kind imported into Belize by the Board for the purposes of carrying on its undertakings shall be free from all customs duty and any other tax or impost. (3) All property vested in the Board whether real or personal shall be exempted from taxation.
