Annual report
Cap. 319, s. 18 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Board shall, on or before the 30th April in each year, submit to the Minister a report, for the twelve months ending on the preceding 31st March, containing a statement of accounts and the report of the Auditor General.
(2) The report referred to in subsection (1) of this section,
shall be laid before the National Assembly.
