Exemption from income and business tax, etc

(1) The Medical Council shall be exempt from the payment of income and business tax, property tax, customs duties and all other duties, rates, charges and imposts charged or levied by the Government or a local authority. (2) All instruments executed by or on behalf of the Medical Council shall be exempt from stamp duty.
