Communications with Medical Council confidential

Unless otherwise provided in this Act, all communications with the Medical Council, whether by way of report, complaint, statement or application, shall be treated confidentially by the Medical Council, and shall be privileged from disclosure except by the authority of an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
