Protection of Medical Council members, etc. from legal liability

No matter or thing done and no contract entered into by the Medical Council, and no matter or thing done by any member, agent, officer or employee of the Medical Council shall, if the matter, thing or contract was done or entered into bona fide for the purposes of this Act, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or demand whatsoever.
