Obstruction of Medical Council members, etc

Every person who obstructs, impedes, insults or molests, or attempts to obstruct, impede, insult or molest any member, agent, officer or employee of the Medical Council lawfully authorized as such by this Act in the discharge of his duties, or in his official capacity, or in the exercise of his official power, either under this Act or any other law commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars. 42 Medical Practice Act
