Voluntary reports of alleged misconduct, etc

(1) A person may, if he has reason to believe that a medical practitioner may be physically or mentally impaired, or incompetent to practise medicine, or is guilty of professional misconduct, make a written report to the Medical Council. (2) A report made under sub-section (1) shall be dealt with by the Medical Council pursuant to section 14(2) to (12).
