Period within which Non-Governmental Organizations operating prior to commencement of Act shall be required to register under Act

Non-Governmental Organisations already in existence and operating prior to commencement of the Non-Governmental Organisations Act shall be and are hereby required to register under the Act from the date the Act comes into force until the 4th day of July, 2001, both days inclusive.
