Commencement

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Non-Governmental Organisation Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, DOLORES BALDERAMOS GARCIA, Minister responsible for Non-Governmental Organisations, do hereby appoint the 4th day of May, 2001, as the day the said Act shall come into force.
