The Registrar and Deputy Registrar

(1) The Minister may from time to time appoint a fit, suitably qualified proper person to be Registrar of Non-Governmental Provided that the Solicitor General shall act as the Registrar of Non-Governmental Organisations until such time as the Minister appoints a Registrar pursuant to sub-section (1). (2) The Registrar may have a Deputy Registrar and such other staff as may enable the full and effectual discharge of his duties as provided under this Act and any Regulations made under this Act.
