Associations and Networks

(1) Every Non-Governmental Organisation registered under this Act may, subject to section 13 of the Belize Constitution, associate with any other Non-Governmental Organisation, within or outside Belize, for the purpose of forming Associations, Federations or Networks. (2) Every Association, Federation or Network established pursuant to sub-section (1), shall be and is hereby required to be registered under this Act and upon registration, the provisions of this Act shall apply to it as if it were a Non-Governmental
