Annual report

(1) Within four months after the end of each financial year, every Non-Governmental Organisation registered under this Act shall cause to be made and submitted to the Registrar– (a) a statement of its accounts audited in accordance with section 15(2); (b) a certified copy of its financial statements; (c) a report dealing generally with the programme of activities and policies of the Non- Governmental during that financial year. (2) The documents submitted to the Registrar pursuant to this section shall be open to inspection by any person upon payment of the prescribed fee. (3) The Registrar shall publish in the Gazette, and in at least one local newspaper in circulation throughout Belize, in the month of September in each year, a copy of the financial statements and other documents submitted to him by each Non- Governmental Organisation pursuant to sub-section (1).
