Commencement of Chapter 224

Credit Unions (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 18 of the Credit Unions (Amendment) Act, 2005, and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, Said W. Musa, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 1st day of December, 2005 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force. MADE this 21st day of October, 2005. (SAID W.
