Repeal and transitional provisions

(1) The Credit Unions Act, hereinafter referred to as the repealed Act, is hereby repealed (2) Notwithstanding the above repeal, any credit union which prior to the commencement of this Act was duly registered under the repealed Act shall be deemed to be registered under this Act.
