Exemption from income tax, etc

(1) A credit union registered under this Act shall be exempt from the Income and Business Act. CAP. 55. CAP. 64. CAP. 63. (2) All instruments executed by or on behalf of a credit union or by or on behalf of an officer or member relating to the business of such credit union shall be exempt from the Stamp Duties Act and the General Sales Tax Act. CAP. 247.
