Disposal of fees

All fees and penalties received by the Registrar under or by virtue of this Act shall be paid by him into the Central Bank of Belize. A part of such fees and penalties, as may be determined by the Registrar, shall be utilized for training and educational activities of credit unions. rules and issue directions.
