Penalty for offences not expressly provided for

Every credit union, officer, member of a credit union or other person who commits an offence under this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than two thousand dollars and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine of one hundred dollars for each day that the offence continues after conviction.
