Guidance of member credit unions, etc

(1) Every credit union may become a member of the League and shall, once it becomes a member, be subject to the guidance of the League. (2) The League shall have the power to institute and implement measures to enable its member credit unions to carry on their operations at all times in a manner that will ensure the protection of their members’ interests.
