Methods of reconstruction

(1) Reconstruction of a credit union may be effected by– (a) amalgamating the credit union with another credit union to form a single credit union; (b) transferring the assets and liabilities of one credit union to another credit union; (c) dividing a credit union into two or more credit unions; or (d) converting a cooperative society or a company (2) Sections 63 to 65 shall govern the procedure that must be followed in relation to sub-section (1).
