Capacity and powers

(1) The Board shall designate the employee positions in the credit union, hire suitable persons with the skill and competence necessary for the prudent management of the credit union, and delegate adequate powers to them to manage the business and affairs of the credit union. (2) The Board in consultation with each annual general meeting may appoint an Education Committee of three members to assist management with human resource development at all levels of the organization.
