Proceedings before the Registrar

Where, in pursuance of the provisions of section 48 (3) (a) of the Act, the Registrar exercises the power of deciding a dispute himself, the proceedings before him in relation thereto shall, as nearly as possible, be conducted in the same way as proceedings before a court of law and the provisions of rule 69 of these Rules shall apply mutatis mutandis to such proceedings. ____________ 32
