Amendment of by-laws

(1) Amendment of the by-laws of a registered society, under section 10 of the Act, shall be by resolution at an annual or special general meeting and shall be approved by not less than three-fourths of the members present and eligible to vote. 28 (2) A copy of a resolution passed under paragraph (1) of this rule, together with three copies of the proposed amendment, shall be forwarded to the Registrar.
