Procedure at meetings

At each committee meeting the Secretary shall– (a) read the minutes of the preceding meeting; (b) produce such records relating to the finances of the registered society as the committee may require; (c) produce a statement showing the loans overdue for determination by the committee as to the action to be taken in each case; (d) produce applications for loans, if any, for determination by the committee; and (e) submit any other business for consideration by the committee.
