Case stated on question of law

(1) The Registrar at any time when proceeding to a decision under this Act, or the Appeal Board at any time when an appeal has been preferred to them against any decision of the Registrar under this Act, may refer any question of law arising out of such decision for the opinion of the Supreme Court. (2) The court shall consider and determine any question of law referred under subsection (1) of this section and the opinion given on such question shall be final and conclusive.
