Particulars

(1) The application referred to in the last preceding regulation shall be for a specific occasion and shall state the reasons for the extension of the permitted hours, the date to which the extension refers, and shall be signed by the secretary of the club. (2) The Commissioner of Police may, on receipt of such application, grant permission for an extension of the permitted hours, and shall inform the secretary of the club in the manner set out as Form 2 of the said Schedule. (3) Any permission granted by the Commissioner of Police under the provisions of these Regulations may be cancelled at any time by notice in writing to the secretary of the club. (4) The Commissioner of Police shall forthwith notify the magistrate of every permission granted by him.
