Power to extend hours

(1) The Commissioner of Police may, in his absolute discretion, on application in writing being made to him by the secretary of a registered club, extend the permitted hours on a special occasion. (2) The expression “permitted hours” has the same meaning as is assigned to it under the Clubs (Registration) Act.
