Service of summons

(2) The secretary or other officer or servant of any club who authorises, permits or suffers a breach of the provisions of this Act shall be liable to a similar penalty. 27. If, on a summary complaint being made in respect of a club, the court grants a summons, the summons shall be served on the secretary and on any other person the court directs.
