Savings as to canteens and messes

Nothing in this Act or in the Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act, Cap. 150 shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of excisable liquor to or in any Naval, Military, Air Force, Police Department or Belize Defence Force canteen or mess, Provided that the rules of a Police Department or Belize Defence Force canteen or mess relating to the admission of temporary and honorary members and of guests shall be submitted to the Minister for his approval.
