Proof of addition of articles in Schedules

Any copy of the Gazette containing what purports to be a declaration of the Minister that any article is a poison, or any article is a medicinal substance in common use, shall be sufficient evidence that such article has been duly added to the First Schedule or the Sixth Schedule, as the case may be.
