Chemists’ and druggists’ signs

(1) Any person or firm carrying on the business of a chemist and druggist shall have over the principal entrance of such shop painted in legible characters at least one inch in length, the name of such chemist and druggist or firm and the words, “Licensed to sell drugs and poisons”. (2) Any person offending against this section shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
