Inspection of books
Cap. 311, s. 28 · Revised Edition 2020
Every book kept in accordance with section 25 shall be open to the inspection of any superior officer or non- commissioned officer of police, and every person refusing to allow any such book in his possession to be so inspected commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
