Registration fee

(1) Subject to subsection (2) of this section, there shall be paid into the Treasury a fee of ten dollars in respect of the registration of every person under this Act. (2) Subsection (1) of this section, shall not apply to any person applying for registration in respect of the qualification required by section 3 (1) (c) of this Act. 13
