Appeal

Any person whose name has been removed from the Register on account of prolonged absence from Belize or on account of not replying to any communication addressed to him by the Registrar General may appeal to the Board who may direct that the name of such person be restored to the Register, either without payment of a fee or on the payment of a fee not exceeding ten dollars, as the Board may think fit.
