Removal of names from Register

The Registrar General may remove from the Register the name of, (a) every person who fails to reply within two calendar months to any communication duly made to him relative to matters provided for in this Act; (b) any person who has died; (c) any person who has ceased to reside in Belize or is absent therefrom for a longer period than twelve months without communicating to the Registrar General his intention to return.
