Registration

Every person who presents to the Registrar General a certificate from the Board in the form in the Second Schedule or Third Schedule and satisfies him that he is the person referred to in the certificate, shall, on production of the Accountant General’s receipt for the prescribed fee, be entitled to be registered under this Act.
